These Terms of Use (Terms) are a legally binding agreement between you and Nee Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 60 138 905 763), trading as Import Authority (we, us, our).

By accessing or using the Import Authority portal at https://portal.importauthority.com.au (Portal), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.
1. Our Services
The Portal provides account-based access to tools, information, document upload and related services connected with vehicle importation, compliance and associated administrative processes (Services). The Services are intended primarily for business and professional use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Services.
3. Accounts and Security
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Portal;
- upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- use the Portal in any way that could damage our reputation or goodwill;

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain Your Content as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
